Thomas Neal Duncan (Tom), 64, of Clinton, Tennessee died peacefully December 2, 2020, at his home with his family by his side. His long struggle with cancer and associated treatment side effects has come to an end. Tom was born in Clinton, Tennessee February 7, 1956.  He was a 1974 graduate from Clinton High School and Jacksboro Vocational School, and a lifetime member of Edgemoor Baptist Church.  He was a retired machinist from Y-12 Nuclear Weapons Complex and member of Machinist Local 480.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents William Paul Duncan and Corine Lenora Dodd Duncan.  He is survived by his children, Chase Duncan (Tanya), Autumn Lawson, Corey Arms, and Taylor Duncan. Tom also is survived by his siblings, Michael P. Duncan, Sylvia D. Davis, Steven W. Duncan (DiAnna), and Elaine Frame (Mike).  He has several nieces, nephews, cousins and Tom was blessed with twin granddaughters, Ainsley and Kinsley Duncan.

A graveside service will be held at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton, December 21, 2020, at 10 am with Pastor Rick Miller officiating.
