Joiner, Troy, age 63, of Knoxville, passed away Friday, March 4, 2011, at his home. He was a veteran of the US Army. Troy was preceded in death by his parents, Nick &Osta Joiner. He is survived by his brother, Jerry Joiner (Gina) of Harriman; sisters, Betty Crawford (Marvin) of Knoxville and Sheila Simmons of Miller Beach, IN; nephews, Rocky & Robby Crawford of Knoxville, Lynn Joiner of St. Petersburg, FL; nieces, Marvina Baldwin of Knoxville, LeighAnn Clayton of Largo, FL, Tracy Mathes of Miller Beach, IN, Lori Ann Masters of Knoxville, Nikki Brown and Jada Joiner of Harriman; several great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends; special friends, Wanda Smith and Jimmy Brown. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday, March 7, with a Memorial Service to follow at 7pm at the Solway Church of God with Rev. Robert Holmes and Rev. Earl Stinson, officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Solway Church of God, 3317 Solway Road, Knoxville, TN 37931.
