Vanice (Ann) Hogg, age 83, of Knoxville, TN went home to be with her Lord and Savior at Life
Care of Jefferson City on Saturday, September 20th, 2025. She was a member of West End
Church of Christ in Knoxville.
Ann was a dutiful wife to Jerry Hogg for 63 wonderful years and worked hand in hand with
him in the mission field sharing the gospel and helping those in need. Ann was also a
loving mother to her son, Rick Hogg and daughter, Rhonda Milsap and a doting
grandmother to Jasmine Whited and Joey Whited.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Jerry Hogg, parents; John and Azalee Donahue; Sister, Varnell
Schaffner; and eight brothers, Parnick Donahue, Radus Donahue, K. O. Donahue, Tom
Donahue, Harold Donahue, Benton Donahue, J.C. Donahue, and Wayne Donahue.
She is survived by her brother, Raymond Donahue and her sister, Arillia Huff.
A celebration of Ann's life will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at West End Church
of Christ, 8301 E Walker Springs Lane, Knoxville, TN 37923. The family will receive friends
from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with the memorial service to immediately follow. Family and
friends will gather for a graveside service on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM at
Woodhaven Memorial Gardens, 160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to West End Church of Christ for foreign
missions.
