Weaver, Velcia, age 85, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2009. She was a member of Stevens Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Frank Weaver; son, Mitchel Edward Clark; parents, Pryor and Bethania Patterson; sister, Ocallie (Sally) Hedgecock. She is survived by son, Mike and wife Chyral Clark; daughters, Shirley J Judd and Brenda and husband Harry Ailey; brothers, R. B. Patterson and wife Sue, Toy Reece Patterson and wife Jenny; sisters, Corenia Strevel and Aileen Smith; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday, July 8, with funeral service to follow at 8 pm at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel, Chaplain Elizabeth Young, officiating. Graveside services will be Thursday, July 9, at 11:00 am at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Mike Judd, Tim Toney, Mark Toney, Patrick Bennett, Philip Bennett, Shane McCuen.
