Mrs. Vivian Allen Wise, affectionately known as Mamaw, age 78, of Hogansville, GA and formerly of Knoxville, TN, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital in Newnan, GA .

Mrs. Wise was born September 8, 1942, in Greer, SC, daughter of the late Charles Lee Allen and Mary Leen Blake Allen.  A resident of Hogansville for the past three months, she was a longtime resident of Knoxville, retired from the Knox County Chancery Court, and was a member of Trinity Community Church in Knoxville.  She adored her Savior and loved everyone with "the never ending love of Jesus," even her four-legged fur babies.

Survivors include her husband, Marion M. Wise of Hogansville; her children, Debbie Eldridge and her husband Tracy of Knoxville, Toby Wise and his wife Melissa of Hogansville; sisters, Helen Merritt and Aurelia Gaddis; brother, Morris Allen; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren soon to arrive. She was preceded in death by her sons, Rick Wise and Greg Wise.

A celebration of the life of Mrs. Wise will be held at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, March 4, at Trinity Community Church in Knoxville.  A graveside service will be conducted at 12:00 p.m., Friday, March 5, in Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Powell, TN.
