Russell, Wanda Lou, age 80, of Powell, TN passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Ethel (Garret) Willis; husband William Russell; brothers Earl Willis and Bob Willis. Wanda is survived by her sons Terry Russell and wife Linda, Joe Russell and wife Sharon, and Tim Russell; grandchildren Terry Dean Russell and wife Genny, Whitney Jones and husband Brandon; and great grandchild Lainey Renee Russell. Graveside Service will be held Friday, September 26, 2014 at 11:00am at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens.
