Fisher, William Oscar- age 81, of Powell passed away Monday at Park West Medical Center. Mr. Fisher was a retired employee of the X-10 plant in Oak Ridge. He is preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Wilma Jean Cupp, his father Willie Fisher and his mother Dora Kent Fisher, and all 12 of his brothers and sisters. Mr. Fisher is survived by his son Tony R. Fisher and a host of nieces and nephews and special friends including the Murdochs. The family members will be pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 12th at 11:00 a.m. with funeral services and interment to follow at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens.
