Price, William Ralph, age 82, of Powell, passed away Wednesday, September 11,2013, surrounded by family. He was of the Baptist faith. He served 5 yrs in the U.S. Air Force and was one of five brothers from the Price family of Scott County who served their country in the armed services. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary West; father, Richard Price; brothers, Haskel, Andy, Oscar and James; sisters, Opal, Reba, Estelle and Ruby. He is survived by his wife, Janice; son, Richard Price; granddaughters, Savannah McCoy and husband Aaron, Sierra Price; great-granddaughter, Alaina Marie; son, Randy Price and wife Michelle; grandsons, Justin, Chris, Tyler; granddaughter, Jennifer; son, Ralph Goodrich and wife Dee Dee; grandson, Danny and wife Nicole; great-grandson, Tyce; daughter, Delina Sweet; granddaughter, Channing; great-granddaughters, Emily, Ally, Avery; daughter, Regina and husband Jim; granddaughters, Reagan, Shannon; grandson, Cole; sister, Del Marie Short of Oneida; very special friend, Arley Claiborne. The gathering of friends and family will be held Saturday, September 14 from 1pm to 3 pm with funeral service to follow at Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 160 Edgemoor Road, Powell, TN 37849. Interment will follow at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens.
